Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Delaware

It was packed.. the counter guy was being stretched thin. He was trying his best but it was the lack of communication and eagerness for me. I put my order in at 7am. Because of superbowl I figured they would be busy. I pulled up 15 min prior to when it should have been ready. Went inside waited and watched the mess. About 25 minutes later I asked for a refund just to be told my order was ready. How long I don't know because the counter person was to busy helping the back and ignored all the customers unless they asked for help. I didn't want to rush or be rude but when you a straight up mess it makes you not want to order from there again. That was my first and last time there. No apology for the wait no sense of remorse. I feel you it was about 10 customers inside just standing around trying to get help but when your not prepared this is what happens. At the end my pizzas are warm but burnt and my chicken was over sauced and not hot. I'm thinking it was ready on time but since they had no coordinator and no one seemed to be in charge this is what type of service you receive. good food, customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRID! The pizza is cheap so your not getting the best quality pizza. It's okay though. Two days ago I got one of those pretzel crust pizzas for the first time and it was pretty bad, barely edible. The picture of it looked way better than the product they handed us. The location we went to is off Maryland Ave in South Wilmington. Yesterday, I got a $6 extra most bestest pepperoni pizza and it was decent but it doesn't seem that they put the extra 1/4 cup of cheese and extra pepperoni on these like they're supposed to. I've had the same pizza months ago (which I remember tasting better than this one) and there is a vast difference in the amount of toppings. It's like they forgot to add more toppings and are making them the same as the regular $5 pizzas. One day, I'll order one of each and open the boxes at the counter to compare them to prove my point.
