Fix4less — Local services in Wilmington

I called around to find out who could fix my Dad’s screen. They were either too high or the wait was a few days. I look and searched on Google and sure enough, this company was on the list that Google Suggested. This was this past Sunday, April 14, 2024. I called the company and they were OPENED. Took the phone down there and the screen was done and ready for pick up today because he had to order it. It’s now, Tuesday, April 16, 2024 and it the cost was literally ONLY $89 plus tax and I STILL didn’t even pay nowhere CLOSE to $100 PLUS it was here in 2 days. The phone looked like it never got ran over which what had originally happened. This man and his team are where it’s at. Don’t take my word for it, if you have something that needs fixing and they rule on it and deem it fixable, you can count it DONE! Get this, I get home and my Niece shows me her phone and it had some minor damage, and you know where I’m going? Right here to Fix4Less. People be scamming and getting over on people, but this company… this is my new spot. I live a long ways from Wilmington, but I don’t car. It was worth the drive and I’d do it ALL OVER AGAIN! I recently had the pleasure of working with this company, and I must say, it was a refreshing way to do business. They truly do what they say and say what they do. From the start, they informed me that there would be no charge for the diagnostic, which set a positive tone for the experience.

After the first day, the technician encountered some challenges while diagnosing the problem and needed an additional day to continue his work. He took the time to carefully examine the issue and suspected it might be related to a heat shield, but unfortunately, that did not resolve the problem. He then recommended sending the device to a specialist group for an extended diagnostic and repair. Ultimately, it was my decision not to move forward with that option.

After three days of dedicated effort on his part, I felt as if I owed him something for all his hard work. To my surprise, he refused any payment, stating, "That's not what we do." This level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

I went to every place in town including udropwefix, Ubreakifix, CPR, etc... No one would fix my phone... Said the digitizer I had wouldn't work on the phone... I then called Fix4Less and the gentleman there said he would gladly take a look and should be able to fix it... I went to his store.. he looked at the box I had and said he would have no problem fixing it... Udropwefix told me they wouldn't replace it because my frame that the digitizer glued to was bent... The gentleman at Fix4Less looked at my phone and said... Show me where it's bent because he couldn't find where it was bent... He took my phone and warned me before I left that if the digitizer was bad I wouldn't have a phone until the new digitizer came in through his store... It cost me $50 plus tax to have him replace the screen and if my digitizer was bad, he woulda charged me $89 to replace (that's all labor and new digitizer). This was half the price everyone else quoted me... If I were you and needed a phone fixed... Go to Fix4Less... He's an amazing guy and is half the price of everyone else in town...
