Crabby Chic — Local services in Wilmington

Not very honest owners at this store. So I took my wife here a few weeks ago after we had lunch, while my wife looked around all the water I had for lunch hit me and I REALLY had to use the bathroom. I went to the counter and asked the lady (owner) if she had a bathroom and she said "no we don't I'm so sorry".......

My wife was back in the store today and she watched as someone else asked to use the bathroom. The lady kindly walked her over to the restroom and let her in to use it.

It's not nice to lie to customers or help a customer out who really has an emergency. I ended up having to leave my wife that day and drive all the way to the pharmacy to use...

Unbelievable, is all I can say. Let me start by saying I am a frequent shopper of family and customer gifts at this very pricey store.

Today, I tried to exchange a gift that I bought for a family member for another style more suitable. There were 6 to 7 people working in the store and not one could make a decision. I live 40 minutes away and they are asking they I return another time. I have spent $$$$$ here and refer often to others. Today, was my last visit as they did NOTHING ago try and help me with my issue.

If you purchase something here be sure it FITS and by no means ask for exchange. Terrible customer service for this...

Wonderful decor, gifts and color combinations. Always warmly greeted and offered help. This store has done a great job with selection, display, offering gift wrapping and availability of staff assistance. No wonder it has grown over time to be a Wilmington gem.
