From my first contact with Ben to the day of the shower, I received outstanding customer service, honest and helpful support in menu and event planning, and amazing food. Best sausage and bread pudding ever. All the guests were impressed and kept asking us who made the food. Ben and his team took a huge weight off our shoulders by helping plan the menu, suggesting appropriate quantities and delivering hot, delicious food. To top it off, the prices are so reasonable. We selected Food for Thought for the Holiday Party in our Condominium Community held on December 12, 2019. It turned out to have been a perfect choice! The extensive menu was clear; the process of reserving the date and placing our order with Rebecca was smooth and easy; and Rich, the server who delivered, set up, and served our feast, was professional, efficient, helpful, cooperative and knowledgeable. I cannot tell you enough how wonderful this company is. The food is fabulous and they are so kind and accommodating. I work at a university and recently, during the current difficult time, I had to cancel an order at the last minute. Then, because of the administration trying to decide what to do, they did a 180 and reconsidered doing the event after it had been canceled. I was emailing back and forth with Ben and Rebecca who never once lost their cool. We ended up restoring the original order at the last possible minute and they came through with flying colors!!
