World's worst customer service. Save yourself the heartache.

I just got my second order that I picked up from Tex-Mex burrito. First one was last summer. And it was sent to me after my breast reconstruction surgery by a friend. So two orders. And two orders that were incomplete. I'm not understanding. The manager was not very helpful when I call just now. And when I pointed out that I had emailed them last summer and never heard back, he said well why didn't you call us

When I referred him back to my earlier comment that I had just come out of a very intensive breast reconstruction surgery, he said well you weren't in pain for a year you could have called us.

Oh my God I just remembered more. He was chastising me for not calling them after my surgery. Then I explained the intensity of a microsurgery the amount of pain and fatigue the amount of pain meds Etc and that's when he made the comment about well you weren't in pain for a year. But he never said I'm sorry to hear that or any kind of comment that showed that he had a heart.

Kind of floored. He never once apologize. Apologies go such a long way. And, the entire conversation ran in that direction. The manager putting everything on to me the customer. Left a really bad taste in my mouth and I am...

After having lived in TX where there is so much high quality Tex Mex, I have been in search of delicious Mexican food and most restaurants are such a disappointment. Even the expensive ones! When I first walked into this restaurant, the front of it wasn't being used, so I was confused. Then I passed the bar and went into the main room that was filled with customers. I was impressed that our outstanding waitress, Maria, immediately brought us warm chips and salsa and offered us water. Both the chips immediately being served + their being warm was very impressive. My friend and I ordered margaritas and they were so delicious that we ordered more drinks during our dinner. Our food was so fresh and delicious! I ordered the nachos and they were truly scumptious. The quality of the food was so impressive that I could see why the dining room was filled and so many people were ordering take-out. Now that we have finally found a restaurant that makes fresh and delicious Mexican food, we will...

So, I'm back with another review... Tonight was Tex Mex Burrito, this place is exceptional! Walk in to a small bar area and into a bright, clean dining room. Everything felt right as soon as we sat down, the owner came and took care of us all the way through dinner... The food is the real deal, Authentic Mexican down to the bottled soda from Mexico... I had the Alhombre chicken with shrimp Shiskabobs, amazingly prepared, the seasoning was incredible... the table also had the Hawaiian Fajitas, chicken and shrimp with sautéed onions, peppers and mushrooms. It came served in a pineapple freshly cut and hollowed out, the pineapple was grilled and added to the sautéed vegetables. WOW! Do yourself a favor the next time you are looking for a real Mexican meal. GO! On Philadelphia Pike across from Penny Hill...
