T.J. Maxx — Local services in Wilmington

Last night almost closing time I bought about $250 worth of merchandise a pair of shoes that I bought I didn't try them because I don't like taking my shoes off I got home I put them on that's how something's wrong with these shoes I open the door walked down the sidewalk and walked back and took them off and they were rounded in the center of the shoe like a factory defect today I come back to TJ Maxx I went to the counter so I would like to return the shoes but I'm here I might as well get something else they say okay just bring them back when you find what you want and then I go over the counter with about a hundred fifty dollars of stuff I'm a very livid Shopper at TJ Maxx I've been shopping there I'll spend three to four hundred dollars a month. All I did was put these shoes on walk across the sidewalk went right back into the house took them off they were factored expected and Cone across the shoe on both sides they were very bad very wobbly and very obvious I should have noticed it when I picked them up. They went through eight people I stood there for over 40 minutes A total of over a well over an hour in the line finally I told them to keep the shoes throw them away or do whatever you want with them I don't want to make no more purchases I had about $150 worth of merchandise on the counter and I turned around and walked out. I will never shop at TJ Maxx again the obvious Factory defect was very very obvious there was no doubt about it I hope nobody gets hurt on their shoes that are Factory defects. I will also tear up my TJ Maxx credit card they made it so embarrassing that everyone in line and every one of the counters looked at me as if I was returning something that I wore that was more a lot or something and that I was some kind of criminal...

We went in for duffel bags for a trip and the store had all of the fixtures shoved against that wall even though it was still open for business. We asked an employee if we could move them to get over to the bags, and he explained that the manager decided to let someone wax the floors during business hours and he couldn't move them back. He went back there for us and held up bags to choose from since we couldn't fit. He was super nice and was very helpful. The manager called for him over the speaker while he was helping us, and then like 5 min later he called for him again and sounded frustrated even thought he was literallt helping customers and being a good employee. I forgit his name, but he is skinny and has a vine tattoo I think on one arm. He looked young. Idk why they thought it was a good idea to block off a good chunk of the store while ots open for something that could and should have been done after hours. I had a buggy worth of $300 or more and had to walk out and leave it all!!! I had my toddler with me and went to the changing room and he had a toy that he was carrying around the entire store for over an hour. 3 people guarding and running the changing area and they count my items and we go into the first handicap stall right where they stand and she tells me to make him sit the toy out here and was kinda rude and said it’s our policy in a rude way! Okay I get that I understand the unbearable disgusting world we live in but you seen what we had and what he had and how he was crying to Not let it go and still acted a fool so I left every item and the entire buggy full and we walked straight out! I will spend my money else where that was wild work right there!!!!
