Really Good Coffee.

I have driven past Social Coffee and Supply Co. many times and each time have told myself "I am going to try them one day." After making it a personal goal, today I finally found myself in their parking lot about to embark on a new coffee journey.

Let me say that while I am not hard to impress, I have also been around. That being said, all I can say about Social Coffee is "wow!"

Everything about their experience was impressive. The baristas were precise and offered helpful suggestions on my order. The place lived up to its name in so many ways and has become one of my favorite new places to get coffee. Oh, and the coffee? Perfection. I am really excited to say just how good Social Coffee is.

They had me at the first sip. The service was already exceptional from the moment we walked in and the coffee definitely matched that. Talk about smooth, balanced, and the perfect level of foam and flavor. They also make their own flavor syrups in-house! That’s huge. I got a 12oz hot, decaf Sunshine latte with whole milk and almost cried because it’s the best coffee I’ve found in Wilmington since leaving ATL. Tastes like home. I hosted a small buyers seminar here last month, the price for reservation is very competitive to other venues, I was expecting a higher price when asked for quote and was surprised at how affordable it was. My guests felt really welcome and they all mentioned how beautiful the place was for the gathering. I totally see myself reserving for other occasions.
