Excellent experience. They had a very polite and knowledgeable sales staff and Installation team! Fay was very helpful in helping us select the right type of spa for our family size and location. We had a very difficult location for installation (Up Stairs, inside of a small outbuilding.) Joel, their installation manager, came out and did a site survey. He let me know the requirements and made suggestions as to how we could get the new spa into the space. When the installation time came, Joel and his team were able to get it placed exactly where I wanted it. Noah, another member of the team, was very informative and patient with us on the initial operation instructions. If you are in the Winchester, VA area and you are looking for a Spa/Hot Tub, these are your guys! I would recommend them without reservation....

My wife and I spent the last few months researching which Hot Tub would be best for our home. I visited the showrooms of four different providers. They all had very nice products, but our experience with Clean Water Pools & Spas was definitely superior to the rest. They took the time to explain everything we needed to know about hot tub care and maintenance. They had product availability in varying price ranges. A word of advice...make sure you sit in the hot tub BEFORE you purchase. We had a hot tub selected, but after we sat in it, we discovered it was too small. Very professional setting and contact with the tester. I dont understand nor informed of what a Stabilized Pool is or means. The tester recommended a poolife pH Minus 2.5lb. product I bought to treat high PH. Then, theres the "But" as the test result sheet shows to add 48lbs of poolife pH Minus. If using Muriatic acid, use 579.84 fl oz(s). (4.5gal)

Is the machine considered to have a valid calibration presenting such high (quantities) versus, for example, I was advised to use approx 24 oz (how's a person measure this) of the 2.5lbs bottle versus what the Water Balance Recommendation lists.
