They gave me an est price to clean my back gutters. That was very specifically what I requested to have done. When they got here they BARELY knocked, so I didn't hear it despite being downstairs. They didn't bother to ring the doorbell and left. I got a msg so I called back and he told me he doesn't like to ring doorbells, then blamed me because they had to run all the way back. Then, when they 'cleaned the gutter', they pulled out one small piece of roofing, claimed my roofer sabotaged me and tried to charge me the full price.
