WCS Logistics — Local services in Winchester

Please read the entire review. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was fully loaded in less than 2 hours. Now here is a part that you need to read carefully. The signage is poor. As you approach the facility on the left side, go past the first entrance. Make your first left. Loop around the building. Park along the side and walk in to shipping and receiving which is on the far end. This facility is small and super tight, which is why it is one way only. Some super truckers don't bother to look at the maps and see the direction of travel is pretty easy once you look at a picture of the property. Walk and check in. They will call you with the door. Open your doors, back in, slide your tandems. Not a facility that you want to attempt to blind side. Not enough room. That being said, I still recommend this facility because they work hard, are polite, and keep to appointment times. Absolutely no overnight parking. Highly recommend not getting there more than 30 minutes prior to your appointment. Thank you guys for your hard work and politeness!

These people are so damn nice! They are spending the money to add to the concrete pad so we can pull up a little further to back in better. Who does this? Who gives a crap about us? As most of you know some of the places we go to are like impossible and beat the hell out of our equipment and nobody cares. Not to mention those people in the office are so incredibly polite. The shipping guy gave me an easy d o c k cuz there was already a truck in there and there's a lot of construction going on and he took that into consideration so I didn't have to back around the other truck. Again, who does that? I told them that we are going to be spoiled here and we're going to expect this treatment everywhere! Superfast loading. I wish every place was like this.. the only drawback is I don't see anywhere that you can park overnight to wait. You can wander around in the industrial park neighborhood and maybe you'll get lucky and find some place but for the most part there's a bunch of Boulders alongside most...

Opens at 8am closes at 5pm Lunch break 12pm-1pm... YES YOU CAN EARLY THEY WILL SIGN YOU IN..... I81 to exit #317 go west on Hwy 11/37 , get into left lane to take Hwy 11 , 2nd traffic light turn ledt onto Brooke Road, LOOK ON YOUR RIGHT for a sign says TRUCK ENTRANCE turn right go all way to back curve around to your left stay to your far right drive slow go around 2nd curve come up to docks on your left side check in by dock #10.. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING... If you need overnight parking exit the parking lot go to your right there's empty warehouses down the street ... 04/25/25 12pm.. appointment 1500.. check in at 12pm😉 12:40pm done waiting in line...
