The staff is very professional. There informed about their products and have the best quality in wood your going to get. You name it they got it and honestly if they don’t have it. They WILL get it. I’ve been going there for years. I a lot Of side work painting rebuilding porches, siding windows Sheetrock, doors, ect. Moral of the story is I always go to Willards. It’s the home of the builders. A safe place for the DIYer and Home Owner. Why go to a Home Depot when you have a willards... peace and love...

We went to Willard's yesterday to buy (and arrange for installation of) double front doors and back door with side-light for our home. We milled around for 10-15 minutes looking at door samples and looking for literature. No one came to help us. We then waited by the service counter for another 5 minutes listening to the two men behind the counter discussing the various locations of Geno Auriemma's restaurants, and not acknowledging our presence.
