Panaderia Pan Del Sinai LLC — Restaurant in Windham

Growing up in Willimantic, we had nothing like this and I feel as though we should have, being a largely Hispanic populated community. I recently moved back to the area and was excited to find this. My ham, egg and cheese was delicious, however we waited over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Of course we couldn’t leave without getting some pastries to try because 🤷🏻‍♀️ and while I haven’t tried them yet, I am optimistic. I do however wish, they didn’t look as though they’ve been sitting for days. This spot you can tell, is definitely the spot for sweet bread and water bread… and of course we had to get some and it was delicious and hot and fresh. Lastly, I do wish the owners would take a little more pride in the way their establishment looks. It is very dirty looking. Dark and gloomy, the ceiling has so much water damage it looks as if the tiles are going to come crashing down. If they’re renting that location, they need to speak with their landlord. For a little bakery such as theirs, it would be so beautiful to be vibrant and show pride in their heritage, play some good music.. it would make a world...

Man and woman who run the bakery are extremely rude! I ordered a sand which with NO TOMATOES DUE TO ALLERGY! I expressed it to them and the man assured me the sandwich will be made to my liking. Took 30 minutes for my sandwich and when I received it and began eating there WERE TOMATOES IN IT! I called and the woman hung up on me, I then made my way back to the bakery and explained to the man I would be needing to go to the ER depending on how much of the tomatoes I consumed and he showed no remorse and kept saying to stop I expressed to him this is MY HEALTH ON THE LINE and he kept pointing at the door! I have contacted the towns clerk, department of health and an attorney! They do not understand how dangerous it can be for someone to consume something they are allergic to!! I am the LAST PERSON they will treat...

Sad that a local place that has always been great decided to be shady. Called ahead to order 4 Sandwiches and asked pricing was told one thing over the phone and when I got there to pick up was more than what was told over the phone. Let her know what we were told over the phone and was told otherwise. The price posted on the wall was what we were told for pricing but were charged more than what the cost on the wall menu was being told It hadent been updated yet. So told one thing over the phone plus posted on the wall yet charged more, for the cost of over charging this time they just lost business going forward from our office. ...
