Ocean State Job Lot — Local services in Windham

Only one register was open. Another cashier was getting his cash drawer. I asked if he was open, he said not yet. I was waiting in line at the one cashier open. The service desk started taking random people that were not even in line. Then the new cashier opened and took random people that were not in line, without saying he was now open. Meanwhile I stood there waiting properly! I complained because at least 6 people not in line cashed out ahead of the people who were in line. I asked why they only had one cashier and the man who was supporting the cashier staff said "I don't know". This was a weekday afternoon...

One of the few places I love visiting often. I love their crazy deals even if those don't make any sense :D The store after moving to the gateway commons looks a little disorganized. Also, I wish they had more items that are really useful. Sometimes I find some items almost reaching the expiration date which is worrisome if you don't notice properly. However, I love the people working there as they are very friendly and helpful with some exceptions of course. Overall, I would always recommend the store to my friends just because of their weird...

I am very unhappy with manager at the ocean state job lot on cantor dr. In Willimantic, ct. I bought a mock woodstove space heater this past November. It began shutting on and off, then just stopped working. The manager would not get on the phone ad talk to me. Staff told me he said it was over 90 days 3 to be exact.
