Great Manager, personable and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Had an isolated personal issue that was simply an anomaly, and staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Was not fault of anyone, just odd occurance and they fixed without question. No hard pull on credit, they offer 3 to 4 months same as cash. Some stores have items returned for which I took advantage of by purchasing a large sofa for friend because manager was aware who owned sofa previously, which was from a model home staging firm, therefore I knew only clothed people utilized sofa with minimal safe normal wear and tear. I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THE FINANCED PRICE IF PAID OVER TIME 12, 18 OR 24 MONTHS ARE CLOSE TO, IF NOT LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE OF THE OTHER SIMILAR CHAIN (R-a-C), nor is their customer service practice as aggressive and customer favorable. I have heard horror stories from R-a-C. One day late they will stalk and harass for one day. I purchased two laptops from the other and paid a fortune and refused to purchase from local store because of treatment before I even signed, they also have lower quality products than Aaron's. AARON'S HAVE MUCH HIGHER QUALITY PRODUCTS AND SUCH A BIGGER SELECTION WITH SEASONAL DESIGN CHOICES. The other place had the same 3 to 4 lines of furniture for the 3 years I lived in a different state. I have purchased 4 rugs which are cheaper than big box stores and can finance over 4 months, $18 to $25 per month. Huge coffee table for less than $100, I purchased an over stuffed 8 person sofa for $400, $15 lamps (Shades at store cost more than that) apartment size fridge freezer used ($200, however this may have been a mistake and believe would be a bit more), This place is great for electronics and PCs because of the warranty. If they can't fix it they will replace it and If unable to pay, they will let you return item and pick back up at later date without losing the amount already paid , but I am not personally fam. with policy, so I would ask details. Most products allow customer to choose payment length of terms. The longer you choose up to 24 months, the cheaper the monthly or weekly payment, but higher overall cost. They always list a cheaper payoff price if you choose not to carry the term out without penalty. Best and most affordable option is 4 months same as cash. (some states is limited to 3 months or more different states have different rental terms by law. OVERALL PRICES ARE A FRACTION OF THEIR NATIONWIDE COMPETITOR AS MENTIONED HEREIN. STAFF AND TACTICS ARE MUCH MORE RESPECTFUL AND WOULD NOT CONSIDER AARON'S AS A "PREDATORY" RENTAL OR RENT TO OWN Company (I believe they begun as an office furniture rental company, therefore initial business model was not based on consumer rental model . The overall cost do not add up to much more, if any than using a credit card with a 27% APR plus interest rate without a hard credit check and many more options. Managers Jim and Michale, as well as...

Read moreThe customer service manager was awful. If I remember correctly, his name was Jabaar or Jaboi? I called for the pay off on our washer and dryer and the total price was DOUBLE what the same brand and size was going for at another store. We got three different pay off amounts in the same day ($821, $851, and $853). I told him that I would pay the washer and dryer off that day and he tried to run me through the ringer about paying it off. I told him it would be better if we just purchased the set elsewhere and he said, "That's fine, we've already made $490 off of you. We will clean it up, and turn around and sell it to someone else for the same price you were going to pay. Thanks for trashing our product then sending it back". I told him I'd like to speak to the general manager of the store, to which he replied, "the manager heard everything and he wouldn't get in trouble anyway, because he's good at his job". When I told him I'd call back tomorrow, he told me, "go ahead and waste your time, it's my day off and I'll be sitting at home with my feet propped up, relaxing". The general manager Greg spoke with me today and assured the issue would be taken care of. Greg seemed very level headed and assured me that he DID NOT witness the phone call yesterday. It's a shame Greg has people like Jabaar working for him because he seemed like a decent guy. They need a new customer service manager because with an attitude like he has they are going to continue to...
