The Christmas Haus — Local services in Windsor Township

This place is magical. It's like stepping into the north pole. Set in an idyllic little river front town that seems to have been stopped in time (in the best sense). When covid isn't happening, they have carolers, hot cider, and other activities during the Christmas season. Beautiful, unique decorations and ornaments. Military themed specialty ornaments as well as custom ornaments are available.

I recommend making reservations at the Blue Owl to eat, and planning time to shop and check out all the little specialty shops. Perfect place to find unique gifts while having a unique shopping experience. Perfect for a day with the family or a shopping trip with the girls.

The owners are very proud very nice people. If you're going to spend your money I recommend you shop small and shop local. And this is the perfect place to do this. Everything that makes the Midwest unique is packed into this...

Only my second time there but definitely my last. The woman working there yesterday July 29,22 was incredibly rude and definitely needs lessons in customer service and friendliness in general. She Greeted us by saying. “Oh this isn’t really a stroller friendly place.” Pause “ So please be careful with everything.”

So would she have liked me to leave my seven month old sleeping baby outside, or woken him up and carried him in. Not sure with her thought process. The more I thought about it the more sad it made me. What would she say to people that use wheelchairs since I know for a fact they are wider. I guess we’re just not allowed there. But that’s fine there’s a lot more friendly and welcoming shops there to visit and spend our money...

Won't be going back to that store the lady behind the counter kept telling my 7 year old he couldnt touch anything because it was all really expensive and glass while me and my wife were right by him looking at things with him then when we would go out of her view she would step out of the counter and stare at us and mean mug us then she tried saying something again to my son and my wife put her in her place and she got mad and went back behind the counter telling I guess her husband about the situation and was whining about why does every one have to touch stuff like it's not a store this...
