I dont usually write reviews but I had to share my experience with Jordan Florist

I contacted several florists on 4/9/25 in the Hartford Connecticut area and no one could guarantee that flowers would be delivered before my sister in laws funeral on 4/11/25. One of the places I called suggested I contact Jordan Florist. I called them on 4/10 and the young lady I spoke to said that she would look up the obituary and send the flowers to the funeral home handling things today to make sure they are delivered to the church on time. Noone else offered to do this for me. Good customer service is rare these days so I was pleasantly surprised by the lengths this florist was willing to go to ensure that the flowers would arrive at the church on time!! I received a surprise arrangement at work as an anniversary gift, and it came neatly packaged with a vase and a rather generous box of chocolates. The package was sturdy and built to prevent tipping, so the watered vase holding the blooms stayed put, and the arrangement was the envy of everyone in the office. Gorgeous and summery, and they've been on my table in the heat of summer for over a week now and are still beautiful. Wonderful mix of summer colors and styles of bloom. Everything was wonderful, right down to the flowing handwriting on the card.

I was given Jordan Florist as a recommendation for my mother's memorial service this past weekend. I live out of state and had to do it all over the phone and hope it looked nice. The woman I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. I told her the tablecloth color we were going to have, which had special meaning for the type of cancer she battled, and I left the decisions to them.
