Peking Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Windsor

The food is subpar ..it was just convenient to not have to drive..However, the driver is very rude and this is not the first time that I've dealt with him. I normally give a tip to delivery drivers for their efforts. However, I believed I asked the lady who took my order to include it and didn't realize that she didn't. The delivery driver demanded one.Although I think it's tasteless to not give a tip if you can afford to. I think it's even more tasteless to be so entitled that you ask for one and then say something in your language when you don't get the amount that you want. I was originally going to give him $3 (i only ordered one plate of food) but changed my mind and gave him $1 when he demanded it. Won't be ordering...

horrible customer service. I decided to try them for the first time and order a small chicken finger and rice ($8.50) I get to the online ordering and find out to get the food delivered i eed to order $15 wprth. So i upgrade to a large ($9.75l amd add eggeolls and a drink and some "coolkies" for a total of $16.50. Now i get an almost $4 charge and tip $5 to the dolbery person making my original $10 order $25!

I open the bag and I have zero rice or cookies. I call back to let them know what im missing and they tell me an order of small rice would be an additional $6. Making my spending $31!!!

What did I get for $25? an uncompleted meal :/ with a random bag of crispy...

I have tried this place many times over the years. I try to support the business close to me. This establishment is good if you go in and pick it up. What is delivered is not consistent and today, not acceptable. The food I ordered ( wings fried rice wonton soup and steamed dumplings) that looked horrible and made me gag. The chicken looked - like it was cooked days ago and reheated. Sorry but I am done. Too many other options for me to to spend my money. I’ll make the drive and go to a establishment with higher pride of ownership and an established consistent presentation...
