I made an appointment a week before for 11 o’clock. I showed up at 10:30. Thinking I might be able to get in and get out pretty quick. Little did I know that one of the towers in the area had went down. The store was packed. There was only two associates in the store. One was dealing with a customer that looked like it was taking a while. The other(the reason for the 5 stars) was getting to everyone as fast as he could. This man was dealing with irate customers and getting people in and out with a very level head. There were a few times I could see he was getting frustrated as well were the customers, but he handled himself very well. After getting all of the other customers taken care of(he had realized I was there and I was getting new phones so mine was gonna take longer than everyone else’s so I waited) he was finally able to help me. One being that I moved away and many more on how expensive they were for not very good service. This store blew me away with the customer service that I received from all employees, especially Jon P. who helped me set up my plan. The employees were attentive and kind, as well as giving the best plan options regarding myself and how much data they felt I would use. But Caleb White helped with my account and corrected everything as to why my bill increased. He even added the discounts to my bill that somehow was deactivated. We even added another line for our business that we are starting up.
