Taco Bell — Restaurant in Winfield

The last few times I've been here, I've had to go through the drive-thru twice for each order, but at least the food was made as I requested it to be. Last night however, I got the entire order on the first trip through the window, but it was all made wrong. Requested no sour cream and no creamy jalapeno sauce, but got it anyway, and what's worse is that the items were marked saying it wasn't on it.

Been by a few times since, and I guess the accuracy is kind of 'hit or miss', regardless of how busy they are. My last order was made wrong and had smaller portions, and I was the only one in the drive-thru.

Took a long break from here, but made a couple of orders recently. Things have definitely improved over the last couple months, and my most recent order was perfect and delicious! I look forward to seeing improvement...

I went to Taco Bell last night after I ordered online at 11:20pm. I get off work at 11 and I was ravenous. When I got to taco bell, they informed me sadly, over the intercom, they had no meat. None. I despaired. I actually thought I might cry. I rolled up the window to curse. Then I asked for a refund. They had me pull around were the manager, Crystal, told me they needed me to cancel the order online to refund it, otherwise if I waited until 12 it would do so automatically. Unfortunately, I left my data-less phone at home and needed the money back quickly to see if Wendy's could feed me. The manager Crystal offered to cook me all fresh meat and did so QUICKLY. She is spectacular. She solved the problem without a hint of upset, and I am so grateful...

They used to have good customer service, but any more they seem to hire people who are less than par at the job. There presentation inside and out has gone down in the past few year. They use to have a very sociable staff and managers. Any more there bathrooms are dirty, there soda station is never clean, nor are there tables, one would think its because the are short staffed but they have some that always seems to be standing around. Also there accuracy of the food preparation has gone down hill, The other day they messed up my order three different times. In conclusion I feel until they get staff that will give 110% and be personable they are not...
