Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Winfield

This sonic has made the attempt to out do the Arkansas City Sonic. Which is impressive that it could do so. First the stall we first talk/order button showed "Order button button has been activated." We sat for a long while called for assistance from passing car hop. She said yeah this one doesnt work. No sign and car hops just walking by not telling customers. We moved to another stall. On the other side, same freaking thing but atleast another car hop told us but after we had parked. Third stall ordered food. Asked to speak to manager, he offered 10% discount. But my request was that he atleast put up "out our of order" on station. Order came out incorrect Ketchup and mustard only route 44 soda sonic burger meal and #10 crispy chicken meal no modification. Burger came with fixing for chicken sandwich. Chicken sandwich had mustard and ketchup only. But screen showed correct order info. At this point we needed to be on our way. Oh yes I ordered a Cherry chocolate Dr. Pepper. They put the chocolate and cherry in first then ice and most likely soda last and not mix. They put so much chocolate in you could not mix by swirling cup or using straw. You had pull the straw half way out to drink. I gave up stop at gas station bought a soda tossed in trash. Tarter...

Terrible, HORRIBLE!!! Ordered online. 1 hour and 10 minutes later, the order was wrong twice and still not fixed. My wife's been waiting in the stall for the Manager to get off his break and refund our money. Clearly the food will be tainted, spit on or worse after attempting twice to bring the wrong order. Multiple people with wrong orders. The servers are coming out in pairs with receipts taking wrong orders from one car to the next. Insane!

This just happened 8/18/24 starting at 6:00 PM. Please use your cameras, if they're real, and look at this joke of an operation. My wife finally returned home after 1 hour and 25 minutes, empty handed, with only the PROMISE of her money refunded, no receipt or proof of anything.

My husband ordered a garlic burger he received a peanut butter burger, not even close. For the price of things accuracy quality should be better. This has become quite a bad habit with you guys. We have ordered tea, you ask sweet or unsweetened we say unsweetened, we get tea with sugar. Cherry Dr. Pepper we get vanilla Dr pepper or just plain Dr Pepper. My husband is on the phone as I type telling people of this experience and to boycott. This place use to be his FAVORITE place to eat. Things like accuracy, and quality, cleanliness & good customer service seem to be a thing of the past. Paula is the best thing about Winfield Sonic, give her a huge raise and get rid of the problems.
