Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Winfield

The waiting staff was exceptionally rude. She rolled her eyes when we asked what the specials were and flopped a paper down from another table to have us read them instead of just telling us the specials. We were the only people in the entire place and asked for a booth which was met with a “everyone wants a booth but nobody is wanting the tables.” Which could have been code for “it’s easier to clean a table than a booth.” We weren’t even greeted at the door. We walked half way across the restaurant before being seated by the waitress.

Food is average. Have recently had bad experiences with online ordering where my account was charged but the order not sent. I had to call the restaurant and re-order, which they ended up doing incorrectly (bread sticks instead of the cheese sticks I ordered) and charging me more than the online order, and then had to wait days to have the money returned to my bank account. It felt like either the manager was not present or had no idea of what they were doing. I still included a tip as I didn't feel the employees...

Our first waitress was at the front then when she brought us to our table and gave us our drinks we said we needed a few minutes to order and it has been almost 20 minutes before another different waitress came to our table and finally took our order, she was very nice, but 20 minutes is not a few, also unrelated some lady is trying so badly to force her child to eat a slice of cheese pizza its just annoying did not effect the rating though not their fault, we still have not...
