Was putting gas in my car at Brookshires service station. Handle got stuck and about 3 to 4 gallons of gas went all over me. In my eyes now my skin was burning I couldn't see. There is nobody there is after hours. The night crew is over at the main store and finally after about 30 to 40 minutes I was able to see well enough to get over there. Needless to say and ask if I can use the bathroom and told them what had happened. I said I could use the bathroom not one person Northern manager and anyway try to assist me. Not one thing was offered to me to get some of the gas out of my eyes are off my skin. I had to ask one of the stockers to leave me back to the bathroom cuz I couldn't see. Berkshires attorney called me a couple days later threatened me and treat me terrible. And all I had requested was to be able to go to the doctor to have my eyes checked out. The prices are going up and we are expected to check our own selves out, and bag our own grocery's. So we are paying higher prices, plus doing the cashier, and baggers job. Don't see how this is good for the customer, nor for the employees you are going to eventually do out of a job. Even though I was patient about the line being held up due to yall have missing barcode. It's when it was my turn. I wanted $10 cash back in one's. Wich I have done dozens times. She told me she couldn't do because it will hold up the line. This never has happened before. I feel like she was being rude about it. One star because this policy needs to be addressed or changed.
