Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Winter Garden

This is my first time renting and it will be my last time. First I purchased a bed set from this store about 9 months ago. The set would have been a 4 piece set with mattress but my sons room was a little to small for one of the dressers so it was sent back the day of delivery. Come to find out almost a year later I have been paying for the full set. I spoke with Derrick ( He is awesome to work with) and he said that he will get the info over t o his manger (Mari Garcia) and she will give me a call. She called a few days later and advised me that the case would have to go into an investigation because they have cameras on the back of the truck, and that was okay with me. About a week later she calls me and tells me that the little dresser is only like a add on of about $25.00 and that she would take it off, needless to say I have not seen the credit towards my payments and I doubt that it was just $25.00. This is just the beginning, Now when I first purchased the set the store was under different management. The set did not come from the store because it was not in stock so they had to go to their warehouse to get it. This is when we have a bed bug problem in my sons room in a new town home build from the ground up My son begin to say to me that he was being bitten in his sleep and I thought that he had ants or something in his room. So we call a local pest control company and they discovered that my Son had " Bed Bugs" all 4 rooms were checked and his room was the only room that had the problem. He asked where did we get the set from because the Bed Bugs were in the wood of the furniture meaning that it came from warehouse storage. I called the store and another lady answered the phone and was rude and telling me that I just did not want to pay and have I lost my job. (Funny) of course I had my choice of words with her. At this point I have had it with Aarons and the 2 women at this locations will make you jump out of character. I asked that they come get their infected future and they showed up today telling me that they can not take it back because of the bed bugs. Maria is suppose to come out tomorrow and if it is not picked up I will have it broken down and placed on the door step of Aarons. Never again will I rent from Aarons and I hope that this post will advise others not to rent from this as well. Thank you Derrick for being a nice professional gentleman. This is the only person that I would talk to at this store he was never rude or disrespectful and worked with you if you had any...

Buying a zero-turn mower from eaarons messed up three days after I got it it broke and waited three weeks for it to be picked up when I was told it would be picked up the next day checking on it to see the status and it set for over 3 weeks before it even got tooken anywhere kept getting run around and still almost 2 months later still have no mower reason was told to me is they are very busy because it's winter time lol I called almost every mechanic mower shop around Winter garden Orlando area none of them was really full I don't know what's doing around but do not like the business I feel like I'm being neglected...

Good luck, no posted prices on half their items and prices changed twice while working with a sales person. Absolutely ridiculous that nothing is posted to reference hardly and crazy how prices changed on their whim, but when confronted was told that that is how they do business. Manager bold face lied to my face regarding their warranties. Highly suggest to find another Aaron's or better yet RAC to deal with, this one is just in it for your $. Better yet avoid like...
