I don't usually write reviews, but I needed to get it out there this place goes above and beyond in service. I was new to the area and needed a living room and bedroom set. It was a big purchase for me so I tried to do my homework. I visited many furniture stores and the reason I was impressed, with Hanane's, was the fact I was treated like royalty from the door. Many places neglect a customer because they feel you will not buy or waste their time. The great treatment and the knowledgeable salesperson helped me make the right choice without pressure. When it came time to purchase I really didn't have to push that far, from what I saw in other places I got the best price so I know right away I was getting the best deal. I was more thrilled that I could finance my purchase and pay it off in 90 days, which left me with some cash for all the other expenses I had from moving. The delivery was fast and convenient. The furniture looks awesome in my new place. I definitely recommend Hanane Furniture to anybody who is looking for a good deal and superb customer service. It was worth the drive going and time. I would never purchase anything from them again!!!! I ordered bunk beds in March with the pick up date of March 31. I pick the bunk beds up && they initially refused to deliver the beds because the owner failed to right delivery on the receipt. After I made a fuss about it she agreed to deliver the furniture and wanted me to tip the driver because of the price of gas. That was not happening but thanks for the delivery. I forgot to mention , the draw to the bed is missing . After months of calling asking for the dresser today June 18 the owner refunded me 50$$ for the wait . That’s the only reason I’m rating them 1 star ! Never again ‘

We walked in and ordered 2 king mattresses and a full size PLUS a bunk bed. Dropped all cash no financing. It get delivered one of our kings is NOT the pillow top we paid for. I have called she said hey sorry this happens sometimes I’ll call you by Monday to switch them out. I don’t hear from her, call on Wednesday no answer then Friday I text reads and no answer. I beyond upset $600 for a mattress we HATE ITS SO HARD. my parents mattress is perfect it’s what we should have gotten because we ordered the SAME thing. 😫🤦‍♀️ never again and I was going to order a kitchen table they had. So glad I didn’t
