Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Never again will I order from here again. I placed an order for an online pickup. I ordered at 3pm for a pick up for 3:25p. I received confirmation that the order was ready and so I sent my husband to pick it up for me. When he arrived he gave the name on the order and they informed him it was not ready. So he sat down and waited. Waited. And waited some more. Even as they served others walking in thu the door. He called me with fustration and asked me if I had received a ready message and I did. So while on the phone with him he went to the counter lady (who was a white girl with glasses) and asked about the order and again she told him it was not ready. I informed him I will call the store. I spoke with another who was not at the counter and informed her I ordered an hour ago online and my husband has been waiting for the order in the lobby is my order not ready?? She told me that it was ready.. i told her so why you have my husband still waiting on it in the lobby, she had the nerve to tell me its his responsibility to give the name on the order. I told her excuse me he did give the name on the order and they have been telling him it was not ready. She began to talk to her coworker and began to ask me what is my husband wearing?? Are you kidding me he gave the name of the order .. i informed her what he had on and she began to ask me if he had somethg on his head?? . now this is getting ridiculous. I told her give him my order. After we hung up instead of going to him and apologizing, she decides to screamed "is anyone here for an online order"? After I told her what he had on, after he stepped up twice to the counter and gave my name. How rude is this place. They need to do better. Never again will I go here but if they feel no one but the person on the order should be picking up don't claim your still working on the order and have them wait for Nothing. My sandwich was beyond soggy and discucussting...

The workers here are always friendly and polite ... HOWEVER, I DO HAVE AN ISSUE, .... with the sandwich knife being "rinsed" off in nasty whatever water, and then cutting my sandwich without even drying the wet slop, off of it ... I will be CLEAR about this NOT, happening within the store, before ever ordering a sub again...And its definitely NOT, just this location.... And also, some of these subs get almost NO meat... Like my tuna, with just a very thin layer of tuna.... So disappointed and disgusted ... Especially with the outrageous prices...

The subway used to be good. Their counter was stocked but now seems like if you go there on a Saturday or Sunday we don’t have this we don’t have that we’re out of this we’re out of that and the guy that works there says the manager will not order the food so they run out, usually most subways have extra food in the back but I guess this one don’t know to me that would fall under customer service’s so my opinion don’t go there on Saturday or Sunday between the hours of five and nine.
