I placed a phone order for the ONE drink I have always ordered from them. Upon my arrival I had forgotten my mask and as I opened the door to advise it was a phone order , the gentleman yelled ā you canāt enter without a maskā . I replied, ā sir Iām sorry I donāt have a mask, Iām here for a phone order, do you have a spare mask ?ā A woman stepped out from the back and also yelled at me to step out and call in to pay my tea over the phone. I was disturbed by how rude they were but proceed to do as they wished. When the lady came out to deliver the tea , I put my hand out to receive it and she asked āis that your car?ā I confirmed it was and without asking me just placed it on my hood and made her way back into the building. My drink was an unusual color so I stopped her and asked ā mam, is this a brown sugar Boba with fresh milkā she turned around , nodded and kept walking. I sipped on the tea and instantly confirmed it was indeed the incorrect drink. I opened the door and told them that I was handed the wrong tea and the employee countered by saying itās what I ordered on the phone. I literally donāt know the name of the tea I had at hand and can therefore guarantee I wouldnāt call in an order for it. I asked him if he was going to argue about it or make it right and remake it. His response was, ā you took a sip from it so its yoursā . I asked for a refund and he said no. Starbucks or any restaurant will remake anything if they didnāt get it right or even simply if its not to a customers liking. Kravetea WONT, in fact they will call you a liar, take no responsibility and have no empathy. I have never felt so humiliated and disrespected. I didnāt want to spend one more second their facility so I simply put my drink down on their trash and walked away. They are rude , selfish and not in the business to serve their customers. I WILL NEVER come back and do business there, and you shouldnāt support them. For the brave people who want to give them a chance, make sure you DONāT order the wrong drink , they wonāt do right by you.

Also , how you āfigured i didnāt know what drink you want to order because you looked into our store for the menu on the wallā how did I look at your wall from the outside parking lot where Instantly knew you got the drink wrong . The first thing I noticed is that the menu is creative and has a lot of drinks that I want to try. I had the Matcha Milk Tea with black sugar boba and it is as really good! I loved that the Matcha tea flavor was strong and the drink was the perfect amount of sweetness. You can also customize the sweetness and ice level. I usually get less ice so that I can get more of the drink. The boba quality was really good. It was chewy and soft in the inside, and I like that it was marinated in black sugar, making it flavorful. I also got the Thai Green Milk Tea, which was amazing! I can never find this drink anywhere, and they made it perfectly. It's like Thai Tea but is green and has a slightly different flavor. I can't explain it but it is so addicting. And lastly I tried the Jasmine green tea with cheese cream and also loved that. There just aren't a lot of places that offer cheese cream. If you haven't tried it before- try it! Again, I am emphasizing that the tea flavor is good here. I hate going to other places that serve watered down powdered drink. This place actually brews their tea. Yes I got multiple drinks because they have a grand opening special BOGO and some prizes. Also the drink size is pretty large. I love the slim tall cups. It's also reuseable because it's a pretty stuedy material. Overall, I feel that the quality and size is pretty good for the price. Service was surprisingly fast for it being brand new and grand opening. They have a good system and they were really friendly. It's family owned and they seem to put a lot of effort into the quality and really care if you enjoyed the drink. I'd definitely come back because it's easy to park and get a quick drink and there is a lot on the menu that I still want to try. I was here when this happened and this is not true at all.
The alleged "employee" that arrived to "work" and actually bought a drink first than us got in with another girl who was really going to work and she said that she wasn't working today.
Complete lies.
We understood the policies of the store and we were aware of the limited capacity. We wanted to all 3 go in, not just 2, but then your "employee" who was going to allegedly work (which she said "no" prior to going inside) went in. When she went in, there was only 1 space available.
Us 3 went in when we noticed that your employee got to order her drink prior than us. Telling us that she works there doesn't help your cause, but only worsens it because it only shows the lack of professionalism and customer service this business has, and her saying that she wasn't working that day to the other girl that actually went in to work uncovers your lie about her going to work that day.
