I called ahead to inquire about a few specific products that I explained in detail to the person who answered the phone, while on the phone, I could not understand a word this gentleman said. I arrived 10 minutes later and explained again exactly what I was looking for, in detail, and clearly. The guy behind the counter grabbed the wrong items multiple times and when I questioned him, he began to argue with me, saying I didn't tell him what I wanted, after explaining in clear detail AGAIN, he proceeded to grab random products and at that point, I gave up and paid to avoid holding up a line. Not only did I still receive the wrong items, I was verbally chastised by the employee who had absolutely zero product knowledge. DO Better. Also, it appears there is a HUGE language barrier, atleast with this specific employee.
