Leo and Victor exemplify great customer service. I had purchased an Apple iPhone 12 in the Nashua, NH store and could not get the box the phone came in and was charged a $100 set up fee which was never done in the 5 hours I was in this store. Leo worked with Apple to recover what he could of the data that was lost by the transfer from my Apple iPhone 6SE to the alleged new phone in Nashua. I was not charged for his help. This store does not have a fee, and they could not understand the $100 fee charged by Nashua. I will definitely buy my next phone here, and recommend this location to everyone because of the excellent service.
