I went to Frank to see about getting a dash cam installed on my new truck. I brought a model I had already purchased online which he said would work but he also had some in his shop. He didn’t try to push those like a typical salesman, just showed me a few different models for comparison. Told me the hardwire kit I’d need to order to use the parking mode like I wanted. My landscapers keep shooting rocks and acorns while using the leaf blowers and damaged my last two cars. Frank was upfront and said it most likely would not pick that up but I still wanted to use the parking mode in case of break ins too. He quoted me a price and I made an appt.

I wound up ordering a different model that had an app and Frank said that one was good too. He got me in right away with no wait. It took much less time than he initially told me despite being short handed that day, though I was in no hurry and was going to wait there for it to be finished. He had a couch and tv in his waiting area and I was content just sitting on my phone. He charged me according to the time he worked on my truck which was less than the quoted time and amount. So I’d say it’s a very honest shop and they do good work too. I never felt pressured to purchase the latest and greatest top of the line models. He didn’t try to take advantage of me being a woman like happens to me so many times.

I would definitely come back here for future work and already looking into possibly having bed rails installed. Very happy with the work done and the overall experience. Definitely...

For starters, no mask when dealing with customers during a pandemic. Not a one time problem. It’s occurred every time I’ve been there.

So, I had an install performed at this shop. Their install caused my battery to repeatedly drain. I came in and asked for assistance on 3 separate occasions because anytime I went anywhere, I had to jumpstart the car.

After blaming it on the product and not the installation, I called the product manufacturer and they shipped a replacement. The product was replaced but did not resolve the issue. After telling me to go to another shop for service over a request for a refund, they stated that they moved some wires and that it shouldn’t be a problem.

The installation has NOT been a problem since they corrected THEIR mistake. I returned today after being told I’d get free service because of the mix up and they asked me to go to another shop again because I left a poor review on google.

Ratings systems exist because shops who do not maintain professionalism can be held accountable in the eyes of the public.

In a scenario where you are beholden to a service provider in order to get a car started because of a shoddy installation, there will be understandable frustration. Snapping at a customer because you own the shop and can is poor service.

Asking a customer to find a different shop because they called out YOUR shoddy work is disgusting. Apologizing for that, promising a free service and then pulling that back because you were held accountable in public for losing your temper, is...

"6 Star Excellence" This is one of the best experiences I've ever had in purchasing something. I began by looking up "Car Audio" on Google and Yelp. Frank's High Fidelity came up with high marks. I stopped in to see what they had available and possibly make an appointment. Jesse was incredible from start to finish. The 2013 Jeep I bought had a Pioneer radio without a CD player. I have a huge collection of CD's so it's a necessity for me to have a CD player in my vehicle. Jesse checked out my system and made a couple suggestions without pushing a hard upsell for their most expensive products. He allowed me to make the decision and he ordered my radio. I brought the Jeep in a week later for the install. While Frank the owner was installing the radio, Jesse took the time to show me everything else they offer in the shop. No crazy upsell. Just a friendly, "Here's what we have and keep us in mind for the future." They offer car audio and video systems, car starters, LED head lights, Weathertech products, truck side steps, and they install and service breathalyzer systems in vehicles for DUI's. Very busy niche for Frank's. Frank and Jesse went above and beyond to make sure my new Pioneer radio was installed perfectly. 5 stars is the most you can give for most reviews.
