I am not one for writing reviews but I am extremely disappointed in Sandy’s level of service and this company overall. I know these are good times and frankly he doesn’t care for his customers but here is my experience: My dishwasher stopped working and I assumed it was a drainage problem. I called Sandy’s and then, he sent a person within 2 days. A person called Chris came, and proceeded to replace the motor of the dishwasher without diagnosing the real problem. He charged me $300 for replacing a motor, which was not bad in the first place and then the appliance did the same thing again within a few hours after he left I called them back and asked them to fix it and they said they would not come back until I fixed an electrical problem due to which they couldn’t flip the dishwasher on the side I solved the electrical problem and called them back. They said they will come the next day and they missed their appointment. When I called Sandy to ask why he said they will not come right away saying they have staff shortage. He said the soonest he can make it would be ‘sometime next week’. He (Sandy specifically) said if you really want someone right away go to a different store. He also tried to sell me a new dishwasher as he did not want to repair it.
Now I have a dishwasher sitting in the middle of my kitchen, unfixed and all pulled out, I spent $303 with them for no reason and these guys won’t come fix it.
Again, I am not one for impacting small businesses but I am extremely hurt and disappointed.
Beware of these guys, especially Sandy, he is not trustworthy. They talk nice upfront to get business but they don’t care for their customers when they can’t solve the real problem.

Read moreDropped off my t.v. for repair and didnt here from them until I called a week and a half later and I asked if my t.v. was looked at. The lady told no and said Sandy only works on t.v.s on Mon & Fridays and they will call me when they look at it.Four more days go by and still no call.I call the lady says someone will call me back and no one does. So the next day I called very mad and the lady puts one of the workers on the line and I asked what's going on it's more than 2 weeks and how come no one called me back yesterday he says sorry we were short handed someone called out. I then said a phone call only takes 2 minutes come on. The worker tells me the owner will call me back tomorrow. The next day I talk with the owner and let him know I'm unhappy he tells me my tv needs new led lights and tells me the price minus the 60 bucks I put down. He then tells me he will order the part since its Friday the part wont be in till Monday. Week goes bye and I'm waiting finally they saying there's a problem gotta redo some wires it may kill the tv what do you wanna do get a new tv or try rewiring I say rewire.Three days later they call it's fixed I said I will pick up tomorrow on Friday. I got sick ended up in the hospital and the lady calls me on Saturday I told her I will pick up the tv when I get out of the hospital.Now its Monday and I go pick up my tv and we wait like 5 minutes cause the guys by himself finally I get my tv after a month for led lights.Next time I need tv repair I will not be using Sandy's in Wolcott Ct I will use Morans Tv Repair in...
Read moreMy husband and I called because we had a broken washing machine and a broken burner on our stove. A man came down to look at them. He spoke to us verbally about our washing machine's symptoms and immediately told us it was the computer, and to just run it until it's dead. He did look at the stove, determined the burner was dead, and said he'd order a new one and call when it came in. We NEVER got a phone call. But instead, 6 months later we received a bill for $139 for a service charge for both the stove and washing machine. We called to explain that he never actually serviced the washing machine nor even looked at it, even though the note on the invoice said he did something to it and it was "running fine now" (never happened, it's still broken). And they never ordered the burner for our stove. We called and explained this and they reduced our bill to $85. We ended up googling the burner and discovered its only $39 with instructions on how to put it in. So while we were willing to pay them to come out and fix our washing machine and stove, they did neither and we ended up with an $85 bill for them to do absolutely nothing. And we've been using this place religiously for all our propane and other services because we wanted to support a small business in our town....
