Changing my rating. I bought a scale for slightly less than $80 and started weighing my 1 gram purchases from various dispensaries. 4 times I was sold

The only reason i am giving this place a 3 star is because the gentleman who actially helped me was delightful! He was actually a breath of fresh air from a cramped little place. I can understand it being a hassel however to take it and your exaustion out on the custermers is poor buiseness etiquette. After i finally got in the door. The female working (did not catch her name) proceeded to aggressively explain making zero sense, how the door works to my boyfriend. Not only talking over him but also making snoodie comments, she was so unbarable and rude he left due to being so uncomfortable. I do not want to detour people away from this place because the rest of the staff is amazing but with this one individual you must either be a friend, or catch her on her good days because she could ruin the buiseness with how she treats customers from the start. I have never met an unhappier budtender and i have never met anyone so blatantly rude in a work setting But hey its just one customer right. Keep an employee who cant treat a comfused customer with respect because they are family or a friend if it means losing only one person as a customer.

Your products are amazing and you have a great store however the review had nothing to do with your products. This was a great opportunity to share about your return policy but maybe the problem at hand should have been addressed. Thank you for your time apologies if your store felt personally attacked i just wanted people to know that when entering your store dont be confused about the door because some of the staff can get down right rude if their system is put into question. But apparently if its brought to their attention its completely ignored... well i mean your still open so whatever your doing is working, plus what do i know about running a buiseness, offer people enough discounts on ice cream and free pizza you have happy stoners no matter how bad they are being treating while making their...

Use to be a pretty sweet place but been less than honest about their stuff. Bought a expensive battery being told that It has a lifetime warranty and I can swap it out in house was a selling point for me. After 2 mo the top popped off. Went to get it swapped and now I have to go online and go through the manufacturer. just dont go there. Find the gems that truley care about their customers not this one that just gives fals claims too. Will never go back.

edit* I dont want my money back. I want a battery that works. I first try to claim my rewards points one this because it is a smoking device. (i have almost have enough rewards points for the biggest item) then they said i cant because of some reason they explained that id rather not say here. So I said fine, The selling point of being able to exchange it in house if anything goes wrong. Its a battery, its gonna break. so i figured its worth it if i can exchange it out in house. when i went to do so, your employees said someone else ruined it for everyone or whatever and just directed me to the manufacture and get it replaced through them. not that you where out of stock. i feel if you cared about your customers you would of done something to make it right. instantly, when i was in there this morning. its not about the money to me. its about how i get treated. i use to spend ALOT of money there and i know almost everyone would know me by my face. so combined with the rewards that they want to pick and choose on what you can use it for to false salesmanship i will not be back. hopefully you wont let the next disgruntled long time customer walk out not happy. I want want people to know that when buying accessories. don't be fooled and think what their employees say about the return and or warranty policy. i understand its like everywhere else. but i wouldn't of bought this exact battery if it wasn't for the extras i was told i have with the in...
