Sushi Ninja — Restaurant in Wood Village

Me & hubby got to come here and try this place out now that they’re finally open! We’ve been waiting for a bit and so glad we came here. The prices were awesome and reasonable. We came during their happy hour and we were able to get 2 sushi rolls for basically the price of one. Sushi seemed really fresh and tasted just like that! The artwork in there looks so cool, it’s bright in the building and doesn’t feel or look awkward. It’s very clean and welcoming! Hubby said that he wishes they had more sushi bowl options or protein options to it but otherwise we love the place and will probably be regulars especially since it’s so...

The security cameras have bright lights that flash at you and stay on while you eat which is odd. (See pic).

Service and food took a while to get to us 30 mins or so.

Our appetizer came out with our food and the server said a beverage (canned taro by pocas) didn't have caffeine in it but it did on the label which luckily I caught before drinking.

Sushi is ok, nothing special sadly. Not the best, not the worst. Just mid.

We will eat there again but only because their isn't a higher quality sushi place...

My husband and I took our 9 month old daughter, 10 year old son and 10year old cousin here. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxing. Small seating area but we got a good table. The service was excellent by far. Our daughter loved the egg flower soup as much as I did. The sushi was to die for. The pot stickers were the first to be eaten up, my son loved his fried rice with chicken and wants to try the beef next time. Wonton soup was scrumptious and the calamari was good with it...
