I wish I could give negative point. But that was not an option. I was called for interview Couple months ago by Julie Caruso(Jersey City). I took a day off and went to meet her. I did interview and then she wanted me to record video message telling my qualifications and education etc. So after this I started waiting. I waited, waited and waited. Then I started searching Atrium website for jobs. Whatever job fitted my profile I shared links with her. But every time she replied me, oh this position is filled/on hold/Will talk to my team member/it's out of area etc. So many excuses never positive reply. I mean I invested my time and days into atrium but these people don't even value others time. Over the few months I have emailed this person millions of times and always ask for her help Actually It was not even help, I sent over many positions that was exactly what we talked about and she always had negative responses and She never ever sent me any positions in all these months. If you are already worry about your job finding. I must say don't waste your time here. Find professional staffing agencies who actually come up to help you to find your next...
Read moreThe woman who interviewed me, Jillian, is either very new, or very bad at her job. She tried very hard to push me into an administrative position (I have a degree in Immunology and years of laboratory experience), and when she finally did secure me an interview, she edited my resume to only include the single desk job I had as a teenager (thankfully, I brought my actual resume), and it was obvious that she hadn't read the job description. Then, after they offered me the job, she called me every ten minutes while I drove home to ask me if I had made up my mind. And she spammed me with calls and texts for the next week. Even once I started, I noticed that all the other Atrium employees were working with another temp agent, and that I was Jillian's only contract. I was consistently given wrong information by her. It was like playing a bad game of telephone. She made the job unbearable and I quit after a month. At the very least, my time with Atrium was so terrible that it helped me make up my mind and enroll in...
Read moreOk guys lets talk seriously, Artium is nice for the people who don't have any experience, they will find a job for you. Not a great one but they will gave you a good start, AND THEN IT IS ABOUT YOU . If you're doing well for the first 2 months the company will accept you. And they can gave you a contract. If you they don't that's mean you didn't do well. My recruiter ZACK he is a really nice person and he did everything for me. Ofc they going to take a lot of money from you they going to take like 15 $ from your hour , but after your fair price. And that's really ok for 2 months or 3 before you're going to be employed from the company. As someone has no experience, thats ok. That's my opinion, they didn't gave money to talk like that or im not an employee there 😂😂 In addition, they gave you the chanse , and yes the company can gave you a contract, BUT IT...
