Recently, I had the unfortunate of dealing with PowerA's customer service when my Xbox controller malfunctioning. Despite purchasing insurance for the product, their team was completely unhelpful and unsupportive. They showed no interest in resolving my issue and seemed disengaged throughout the entire process.
only did they fail to provide any useful guidance, but they also lacked basic knowledge about own products. It evident that they had no intention of honoring the insurance policy that paid for.
Their lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to assist customers face problems is extremely disappointing. I felt like I wasted my time and with PowerA, and I strongly discourage from relying on their services for any future purchases.

Read moreI like the product but had an issue. the only way to contact customer service is using their online ticket system and when you enter a ticket nobody answers you for long periods of time. I finally called them and had to traverse through a couple of folks until I got to a nice lady who said all customer service is online. She said nobody is answering due to "transition".
