I would give a minus star if I could. Purchased a folding bed tray from Amazon but didn't use it. When I finally did the tray collapsed on one side making everything on the tray slide off. I called Winsome & spoke to customer service asking if they knew of a fix or if they had a part to modify the tray. The customer service guy wanted my name address phone # email when I bought it etc. He then proceeded to ask me to scan a copy of my receipt & send it to him. I FINALLY stopped him & said look I just want to know how to fix this tray or its gonna go to the dumpl still No answer to my original ?? But he then asked even more ??. Then asked why I didn5 take it up with Amazon!! Are you kidding me ?? I told him again look I'm not trying to get m6 money back I'm just looking for a way to fix this. Whow would Amazon be able to tell me that since it's your product. Then he said he had to research it & would get back to me! Yahoo right over a week later & guess what? Yep NO RESPONSE AT ALL.
