What a pleasant experience! I waited way too long to figure out something for Valentines this year and luckly was able to get a brunch reservation. Then I was like, flowers....dohhh. One day before there was no way. Not one florist even answered the phone. Then I found A Natural Design and left a VM. She called me back within a few minutes and fortunately the restaurant was fairly close, so they were OK getting some there during our brunch. Wow. Very impressed and pleased with A Natural Design. My arrangements arrived better than advertised. The owner, Holly, went above and beyond! I ordered 2 arrangements and they were absolutely beautiful. Top quality, a high level of service, and very competitive prices. I couldn't ask for anything more. She has earned all my business moving forward. Definitely not a businessperson that decided to sell flowers, she's a passionate florist that decided to start a business, and she does it exceptionally well on both fronts! When there's a death in the family and you have to send flowers from out of state, you never really know what's going to get delivered. But the folks at A Natural Design are great. They added some extra touches to the arrangement and even sent a photo to me. No one's ever done that before....
