Autumn Run Apartments — Local services in Woodland

I want to like this place I really do. We've only been here half a year though and we've had problems with our a.c. twice, our shower drain was clogged with some big piece of plastic when we moved in which we removed ourselves, our garbage disposal has stopped working twice, had a problem with our toilet and had a leak in our kitchen which got ignored until it became an emergency then they left us with a tore up floor for weeks nobody would call us back like they'd say or things would take longer than expected. The employees are nice but we made an appointment for maintenance to come fix something & waited all day and they forgot to come. Wasn't the first time they forgot about us either. Also my neighbors are extremely loud. I've talked to management a couple times and they still play their music so loud I could hear it over the sound of my vacuum..on the opposite side of the apartment. Kind of crazy. I like the girls in the office though and again the other employees are nice (except the guy who tried to place blame on me for all the issues this place came with as if its my fault they didnt inspect this place before it was ready to rent out) but it's been problem after problem...

I currently reside here. The parking is an issue but it is bettwr than say a year ago. There is a limit ro how many cars per household can be on the premises. There is no roaches, havnt seen one ine the 4 years I've been here. I dislike that the trees are being cut down, especially now that summer is just about here, the heat is hitting our Windows. Rent i do think is high and its raised about every year or so. I dislike when certain maintenance personnel think you are stupid and try to half fast something. However there are a few guys that are pretty awesome in my book. Ive asked that they call me before just walking in and they have respected my wishes for the last few years. All in all, the location, is good. School right here, store within walking distance for able bodied. I think it is getting better. I have no major complaints and if I do, i express it to them and so far, all but one of my concerns have been addressed and handled. The one that hasnt has to do with a neighbor and the customers i see coming around through out the days...

When we arrived, our place is newly renovated. Clean and spacious. There is designated parking for one car. Garbage is being collected almost daily as I observed. Multi-cultured apt complex with pool and bbq area. There a lot of washing machines for the tenants and they just install newer machines. Maintenance respond immediately last time when we ask help about the kitchen sink. Elementary School is just across the street and the location is very convenient because DMV, walmart ,UPS and other shop are just few walk from the area. We are seeing bus stoping at front for commuters. 28 dollars uber fee if you need to go to Sacramento airport and keep your car when you need to travel out of state or internationally. Just after the stop light you are already near to the freeway going UC davis or Sutter Davis Hospital (10-15 mins travel mostly no traffic). Reasonable rental fee. So far we didn’t encounter problem except difficult parking space for visitors or 2nd car. Overall, its a very good...
