Edit: the company is complaining they reached out to me and they never responded to me ever. No phone call or email. I simply asked a question because when I placed an order it was on promotion and now they are no longer running a promotion and asked if they would honor it. Maybe instead of being rude actually responding to me would've helped.

Thank you Val. Came in for few hats I needed to embroidery and they have huge selection, 30 min and I was out of there with a great job done. I also printed a custom Onesie for my grandchildren and watch her print. So nice to see that we have a store like that on Main Street, you will see me back for Christmas...
