We've been with LeadingIT for about 6 months now, and in that short time we've upgraded our phone system, migrated email to Office 365 and installed a new Server. Their "All-Inclusive" plan made it possible for us to upgrade all of our old technology in such a short amount of time. Their service during the upgrades was remarkable. We weren't down for hours on end; it was the exact opposite. We had very LITTLE TO NO DOWN TIME during the process. Andy from LeadingIT was extremely helpful with the phone system upgrade. He was involved in every meeting/phone conference I had with the vendors. His support and knowledge was especially helpful when making the final decision. Read moreI just spent half an hour with Bryce, and he was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He helped me resolve an issue we've been dealing with for months regarding Nicole's computer, discovering that she had been using the wrong calendar entry.
Next, we moved on to my computer, and once again, Bryce proved to be the right person to call. My 70-year-old brain struggled to understand the Authenticator app on my phone for signing into Outlook. After many attempts and with his immense patience, we successfully navigated the two-factor authentication process.
Bryce explained that in the next 5 to 10 years, everything will need to be secured this way. So, when I’m 80 and able to pay my bills or shop online, I’ll be thankful to Bryce for the lesson.
