March 2023: Enjoyed my first Tea Time at Casting Whimsy with my sisters. It was a delightful experience! We all chose the lemon feta spinach quiche which was spectacular. My sisters both chose the key lime tart and loved it as well. I had the Raspberry and dark chocolate mousse tart which was okay but the tart itself was burnt. One sister got the Maple bacon chive scone, and the other sister and I got the Irish soda scone. I normally don't like scones but liked this one. The shortbread cookies were tasty, the macarons ok. The teas we chose were Queen of Hearts, 5 Blessings, and Golden Naga. I liked 5 Blessings the best of the three. We will definitely do this again.

June 2022: I have been wanting to visit Casting Whimsy for some time so was truly delighted when my dear friend and neighbor took my daughter and I there for my birthday. Wonderful customer service!! We all got hot tea. I had the Pali Kali (Rooibos Chai) and my daughter had another flavor of chai. My friend ordered Flash Mob. Since it was my first time, I chose the teapot experience. Such a delight!! And I got to refill that teapot with more hot water. We did try a couple of their desserts. The lemony snickets were the best!!

Suggestions to better the experience: have costumes for dress up for high tea and add finger sandwiches. Have a teacart in which we can put dirty dishes. Put...

Had the most wonderful afternoon tea here with a chef friend who was visiting from out of town. She has discerning tastes, and could not say enough good things about the quality of the food, and the presentation and service. The atmosphere was lovely, the food was delicious, and the owner came to our table to see if everything was to our liking (big YES!). We learned that this passion business of his has been his side hustle while he works a full-time day job in the tech industry. But this year, he plans to go all-in and switch careers to pursue his passion full-time. I cannot recommend this place highly enough if you enjoy tea, great food, and the luxurious feel of an afternoon tea. The wide variety of exceptional quality teas are sure to appeal to even the pickiest non-tea drinkers. Two big thumbs up for the quality of this business, and for the owner having the courage to follow his heart. The world needs more of this, and we can...

Super fun tea shop! Stopped in for afternoon tea. The selection of teas was great, truly a type for any taste available. We each received a pot with the option to receive more hot water later to keep the tea flowing. The food was exceptionally good! Often I find that tea or coffee shops seem to only have mass-produced pastries and snacks. All the items we received felt like they were baked on-site, seasoned wonderfully and fresh. The lemon quiche and goat cheese scone were highlights. I also very much enjoyed the earl grey cinnamon roll - it really tasted of earl grey!

I will definitely be back as their tea menu appears to rotate seasonally. They also offer a tea and games night which I'd love to drop in to, if I ever...

Afternoon Tea was an absolute delight! We went as a whole family. Everyone from my senior parents to my toddler nephew had an amazing time. There were many tea varieties to choose from and everyone was able to find something to suit their needs. My nephew was in awe of their magic tea! The wonderful towers of tasty bites were beautifully balanced, flavorful and satisfying. My sister in law loved the quiche so much we purchased extra to take home. My father raved about the Scones! We had a wonderful, memorable time we will always cherish and plan to return in the near future for another tea service. Such a treat! Service top notch!
