MarTech — Local services in Woodstock

I stumbled upon this repair shop while visiting Pizza Hut, conveniently located right next door. It was just five minutes before closing time when I walked in. Marcus greeted me warmly and patiently answered all my questions. I explained the situation with my phone—it had suddenly gone blank, and I was worried about losing my data. Marcus listened attentively and assured me that he could fix it without losing any data. Throughout our conversation, he maintained a friendly demeanor, always with a smile.

I entrusted my phone to Marcus and left it in his capable hands. Due to being out of town, three months passed before I could retrieve it. Marcus reached out to inform me that my phone was ready, even after such a long duration. When I was ready to pick it up, I found that Martech was closed. However, Marcus kindly allowed me to schedule an appointment on their closing day to collect my phone. True to form, he greeted me with the same pleasant demeanor and smile.

I highly recommend Martech in Kennesaw, GA, for anyone seeking excellent customer service. Not only did they provide exceptional service in a friendly environment, but they also delivered fast results. AMAZING!!! From the service to the expert help, MarTech is the go to for your electronic devices. I have a MacBook Pro which I spilled water on the keys. I couldn’t log in and I feared the worst had happened. After talking to Marcus over the phone I made my way into the store. Once I got in and they took the computer back. I was back up and going within a hour and a half. Marcus is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. I would recommend that you come see him before going to Apple. I tried to go through Apple but was told it wouldn’t be until the next day or two for them to schedule an appointment with a tech. Needless to say that was too long and I could only imagine what they would’ve asked me to pay. Luckily I didn’t have damage to the logic board so it was really reasonable for the value that my computer holds. MarTech is a live saver and I can’t thank Marcus enough. These guys saved me $1300!!

I went to the Apple Store and was told to fix the “s” key on my keyboard it would be $498. Discouraged and downtrodden I had resigned to just dealing with it. But then I figured why not see how much these guys would charge. Marcus diagnosed (for free) and fixed the key within 15 minuets for $20

I also had another MacBook Air that only worked when plugged in and charging, after my other repair I had them look at it and that came out to $130 for the repair. I had been told by another Apple repair Store (peach Mac in EC Avenue) that it would be $800. Marcus fixed it in 15 minuets for $130. I hadn’t been able to use that MacBook Air for 5 years and now it’s like I have a Time Machine!

I can’t recommend these guys enough but my god you’re not gonna find better service and pricing on repairs.

Also bonus points for being right next to a Starbucks and CBD shop so if you gotta wait for your repair you’ve got some options ;)
