So, they are a "no to everything" subway location. No coupons to be used on all but 3 of their sandwiches. I would have gotten combo meals or at least added chips and drinks to my order if I had been able to use the coupon, which would have generated more money for them as that stuff would have been more than the $7 off the order from the sub order. I'm assuming it was the owner (older, Asian guy) and he was rude and kept pointing at the printout where I could not use the coupon I brought in. I paid as much as I would have at Jersey Mike's, Publix or Firehouse Subs. So, even though this subway is closer than JM or FHS (Publix is across the street) we'll never be back. Good way to lose business - reject any type of gimmick (like a coupon) to get customers in the door, and then be rude to the customer on top of that. I should have walked out since he already had my sub made up and in the toaster so he would have lost money. Also - toppings looked a bit sketchy - old lettuce especially. "88" is their rating from inspection - I'm wondering how old that rating is based on the condition of the food. I should contact my friend that does inspections and tell them of my visit and the conditions. My advice: go somewhere else, pay the same amount of money to get fresher product - this place is not worth it at all. We will never go back! I'm the one that left you the coupon in your Tip jar - here's a Tip for you: be nicer to your customers and a little bit more accepting of things and you'll not ruin your business as you are in a service industry. My husband is in a service/self-employed industry and he would NEVER treat customers like you did today! Good luck in the coming...

This place is under new ownership and it is a world of difference from the past.
Service was awesome! Tommy and Aaliyah were polite and cheerful. It was evident they enjoy being there and engaging with customers.
Ingredients were fresh and tasty, even near the end of the day. Thanks for holding a higher standard of quality.
Attention to detail - Aaliyah is a sandwich artist. She assembled the sandwiches with precision and control. Items were staggered neatly, stacked and balanced so things don’t spill out when you unwrap. She also accommodated a couple of additional requests without a fuss.
I’ve been hitting a lot of Subways lately and this is the best I’ve seen for service and quality. No doubt!
We should all support owners and staff like this. They make the experience a positive one for all. I’ll visit every chance I get; they are deserving.
ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM 2015: Stopped by for a quick lunch. Asked if they had the $5 meal of the day combo and was told yes. However, the cashier charged me $7 for my meal. I informed them they had over-charged me but the staff behind the counter got feisty and refused to listen. I tried to explain that $5+ tax does not equal over $7 and both employees started raising their voice. Eventually they gave me the overcharged amount back, however, it was embarrassing to be spoken to so loudly with everyone staring back at me. Made me fee like I had done something wrong when all I was asking was for what was right....
Read moreI became violently ill. Last night, I ate a sub melt with tomato, lettuce; onion and jalapeno. The bread was hard but thought it was from toasting. I felt so dizzy with my head spinning, accompanied with vomiting. We called them and a woman with thick accent was told that the food made me sick and that it started a few minutes ago. She was feisty and kept saying if I ate at certain time, how did I get sick five minutes ago. I once stopped there and saw a guy smoking outside, turned around and left. I asked my son not to get food from there but he forgot and went there last night. Have I known he went to this location, I would have thrown the food away. Disgusting. Go to the one on Canton Rd to avoid the old bread and ingredients and a trip to...
