Good, standard BK fare. It's a brand you can count on for good burgers and fries. But today was an experience that deserves comment. I went through the drive through line, ordering 10 different sandwiches, 10 nuggets, and 5 fries (feeding a small army at home). When I got home, we were missing 2 sandwiches and 1 fry. I called the store and the manager answered. I explained what happened, and she asked if I was able to come right back. We live nearby so this was not an issue. When I got there she was packing up my missing items and handed them right to me, no questions asked. She apologized profusely and I could tell that she was having a heck of a time in the kitchen this day, training new staff and it was a busy Saturday lunchtime rush. For her to have just "made it right" on the spot was good customer service. Apologizing and explaining what happened made it GREAT customer service. She concluded by wishing me a very good day. I wished her one back.
I have learned over the years, when you see someone who is struggling take time out of their own struggle to help someone else with theirs, that is genuine care and concern, and should be commended. They may have not got my order right today, but thanks to this great manager, they've got my business going forward. Thank you, V. Service was SLOW. Only did 1 car at time! Had to order, pay, and get food before they took another car order.
That was bad enough, but when it was time to pay, it TOOK way too long for them to give me my card back after handing it to them.
He didn’t swipe it as soon as I give it to him. It look like they took it towards the front counter and then finally brought it back to the drive through cash register and ran it.
I was suspicious because credit card skimming had happened to me before at a restaurant.
Come find out, 3 hours later I get a text from my bank saying I had 12 suspicious Walmart transactions declined ranging from $21 to $1047!
