Greg did an amazing job fixing my laptop! I obtained a password protected laptop from the estate of a deceased friend. No one knew the password. Another tech tried to unlock it, even reformatted it, but it wouldnt work. Greg fixed it!! While it took time and wasnt an easy fix, he stayed with the problem until it was resolved. Greg is an extremely knowledgeable and thorough computer expert. I had a server that was throwing a voltage error and would not even boot up. In very short order, Greg was able to diagnose the problem and figure out the offending board in the machine and got the server back up and running.
