I’m appalled by the way I was treated as a customer there today and being my very first time to step foot in the business put a bad taste in my mouth. I had walked in to inquire about getting some baseball gear for my son being that I missed the deadline for ordering items. After asking the associate, she let me know she needed to ask if it was possible to get any items. So, then comes out a woman who from that very moment had a rude demeanor and I even noticed the poor associate stand there in awe and probably thought that I was going to blow up at any moment. Though I kept my composure and kindly left my name and number so the woman could get back to me to see if it was even possible to get anything for my son. I also kindly asked if there was another local business that I could go to and totally disregarded the question. I was not demanding but, simply asking what I could or where could I go to get baseball gear for my son. The woman might have encountered an issue before me but, that does not grant her to act in a rude manner. We as human beings go through things day in and day out but, it is up to oneself to respect...

Went in to buy my daughters softball gear 2 days in a row. A man working there helped the first day get her glove and some other things. The second day a lady helped her get a bat, and tee. Both times they were so welcoming and friendly with us. Took the time to get us exactly what we needed and what worked for my daughter. The prices were not to high.
