A little while ago we were having troubles with our washer and dryer. They were old enough and a lot of wear on them it was time to upgrade. We were recommended to visit these guys. We went with guards up figuring 1 we could not afford anything and 2 we would feel pressured to buy something we didnât want or could afford. NOT the case at all!!
From day one walking in they asked if they could help with anything. We told them we were just looking at some washer and dryers. They should us where they all were and if we had any questions just ask.
So when we did have questions and talked to them we gave them our budget in mind and asked if they had anything in that range for what we were looking for. They narrowed it down to 2 sets and gave us pros and cons on each set and then let us talk and decide. They didnât stand there hovering over us while we decided. They actually let us talk and decide for our own. No pressure on what to buy the choice was completely ours.
We made our purchase. That part of customer service we received from that experience we had already made the choice to be a repeat customer.
We ended up having issues with our washer and of course it was after our warranty expired. thatâs when the nail sealed the deal to be a repeat customer!
That level of customer service did NOT stop at the purchase. It continued on into the service department. Knowing our warranty expired they went out of there way to help wherever they could to keep the cost as low as possible. The issue was not an easy one to resolve and was going to need multiple visits to get it all worked out. Instead of multiple service fees to come out trying to get things working They took our washer to the shop because the issue was deeper than what could be easily resolved. They knew that we would be an inconvenience so they brought a loaner out to us for the time being. Itâs one of those it rains it pours deals and Unfortunately the loaner decided it did not want to work. We Made the call and they came out faster than we expected for how busy they are. Repaired it and we were back in business.
We recently got our washer back and we couldnât be happier. We can not thank you guys enough from the show floor to the service department for the level of service and customer service you gave us!! Definitely a repeat customer and definitely will recommend you guys....
   Read moreI had heard great things about modern appliance but I am totally disappointed. It started two weeks ago when our lid on the washer locked and wouldnât release. Called them, found out it was under warranty, so they would order the part and would come out Thursday. Thursday came and went no repair man so I called Friday, they explained that the wrong part was sent. Okay, so why wouldnât you call and let someone know??? Had my mother sitting at my house waiting. Then they called the following Friday and said, if we had someone to meet them there on Saturday they could get it fixed. No one showed! In the mean time we have been using an old one we had in the garage so really no big deal. Other than moving it back and forth. So this week they were going to be here on Thursday and not knowing if they would be there we left the old machine hooked up. The repair man showed up, put the part on and left. He didnât even have the courtesy to move the old one out and hook the broken one up. Now wouldnât you think he would to make sure that it was fixed??? Very...

He called ahead, asked me how my day was, introduced himself, gave me an ETA, and showed up and was so professional and sweet! Probably one of the best customer service experiences Iâve had in a long time!
