United Supermarkets — Local services in Woodward

I love united... BUT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION failed to get a essential component to an expensive meal into my bag and furthermore refused to do anything about it without a receipt (That in all honestly I could have dismissed when offered but they can tell if they have a bag of rice at a register that shouldn't be there and they can certainly check the cameras and transaction records if they are that unbelieving of the fact that I purchased food there, not to mention the transaction record from my card would have given all needed information so they could look it up) So that most of the groceries from a nearly 40 dollar cart had to be disposed of due to be mostly prepared for a meal that couldn't be finished without the primary core component. I live 40 minutes away so there was nothing I could do about the wasted food at this point other than to be disappointed and hungry. But the telling me there essentially wasn't squat they were going to do about it was salt in the open wound. So basically their incompetence cost me my dinner tonight for my whole family. I guess the kids will have to eat ramen noodles tonight. thanks united on Oklahoma ave in Woodward! You can take the ride all the way to my elbow! Oh and to get ahead of their inevitable reply of how rude and nasty I was over the phone yep I sure was and yall deserve it for screwing me out of so much money in food during times when its barely affordable to eat in the first place... This used to cost less than 20 bucks to make... now its nearly 40 for...

I first entered the entrance to United Supermarket in WoodWard Oklahoma and the minute I stepped foot in the building I saw personnel that worked there smile and greet me and asked if they could help me. They had smiles that made me feel welcome to be there. I was looking for some seasoning for hamburgers I was cooking, a staff member behind the meat department counter came up to me before I could even ask his assistance he must have seen the puzzled look on my face because I wasn't sure what seasoning would work for me, he knew what the seasonings did and explained them to me. I am really glad to see there is still people like that that love to assist a person that's not very well knowledgeable when it comes to such things as...

I went to United at West gate and went to Joey's register a d was checking out and my 3 yr old son was in the basket and Joey told my son he need to stand and to make sure he was not sitting on anything...I told him that I had gotten everything thing out of the basket..he kept telling my son to stand up and then he told him that he had to stand up...well I got my son to stand up and there was nothing else in the basket...I told him I didn't appreciate the way he acted and was treating us as we we're thieves...he was very rude about it all..I went to management and told them what went on but he didn't seem like he cared at all....I will not do my business there...
