One year ago, we came home from vacation to find a water pipe had burst in the upstairs bathroom right over our kitchen. Fortunately, the water had only been running for a few hours but our kitchen and finished basement were a total loss. After eight months of fighting with the insurance company for a good settlement and four months’ construction, it is finally done. We removed the wall to the dining room which we barely used and extended the kitchen for an open concept. We also added new wood floors and recessed lighting for the entire first floor. We went to Cabinet Gallery to look at options for our kitchen renovation--our first ever. We honestly didn't think we'd ever be able to afford the beautiful cabinets we looked at. Carol was patient and showed us all the possibilities. We picked out an acrylic upper cabinet and laminate bottom cabinets. She actually beat a competitor's price for cabinets that were in our top 3. But these were our absolute favorite! We never dreamed we'd be able to get them. And the after service--needing some hinges and a replacement for a scratched door--was all we could have asked for. I have had a wonderful experience working with Carol with the design of my kitchen. I now have lots of space to put all my clutter. Working with Heather was wonderful as well. They both kept me up to date with information about ordering, delivery and installation. The installer did an awesome job.
