Awful communication. I went in with my MacBook in May and paid full price for a screen to be ordered that day. He told me because of COVID, there is shipping delays and that it may take up to 12-13 days. He told me he’d call me when the screen was in. 13 days go by and I never receive a phone call. I call The store and he tells me “I told you it would be longer shipping because of corona. I will let you know when the screen comes in”. A few weeks go by and still no call. My mom went into the store and the owner told my mom that he had let me know before paying that it would take a bit to come in with the delays. He told me 12-13 days. Not a full month at this point. Another few weeks go by, and still, no call. I call the store, it it July now, I dropped the computer off on May 7th. I call the store and the owner tells me the place where he ordered the screen, lost the screen over shipping and that he filed a claim with the company. He never once called me to tell me this. He never once called me to tell me anything. On this last call he says to come in and get my computer, 74 DAYS LATER!!!! If I didnt call, I could only imagine how long my computer would be sitting there untouched without giving a call to a paying customer. Awful communication, zero courtesy and very unprofessional. Read moreI went in a some weeks ago to see if they could repair my obliterated iPhone 12 Pro— he said he could, but it would take a few days so I decided to get a brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max instead due to my budget and the time crunch I was on as I need my phone for work. (the prices are immaculate regardless if you upgrade or downgrade btw!) The salesman was an AMAZING help! He broke down the prices for every iPhone he had in stock, newer and older, the risks of fixing my phone antenna and screen, and he was also very knowledgeable about the functions of each phone; that even if I downgraded, I would still have most of the capabilities that my 12 Pro had. He was very patient with my indecisiveness as well. I also want to add that after I checked out and was waiting for my iCloud to back up on Wi-Fi, we chatted and he spoke very highly of his regular customers— almost as if they were family. He then got very busy and was very attentive with each customer which was lovely to see. Who would’ve thought that breaking my phone to the point of no return would’ve uncovered this gem. $380 for a new iPhone 11 Pro Max, a case, and a screen protector. Can’t beat that! I’ll be back to fix my iWatch for sure. 10/10 experience....
Read morei called and asked if they could repair an iphone 11 with broken lcd/shattered screen and he was so kind over the phone. went in person, spoke to him, gave me an estimated time which was pretty accurate (“about 30 minutes” plus a customer before us and a customer after we had walked in) both customers were served before us due to the fact that they were buying things, not fixing something. the price was very fair, $98 total which is very cheap and so fair. he fixed the screen as soon as the customers he was serving before us in like, 15 mins (he grabbed the phone and went to the back room as soon as they left which was awesome.) he charged/made us pay AFTER he had fixed the screen which was very professional and fair. after he had given us the phone he told us to check the phone and make sure the screen was working correctly “make a call, take a picture” he was very genuine about his work and wasn’t sneaky/shady about what he did. he was very confident and knew what he was talking about, you don’t find that a lot in woonsocket. i HIGHLY recommend this store. very nice guy,...
