NorthEast Electrical — Local services in Woonsocket

I have been going to this location of Northeast Electrical for many years. I am a homeowner, not an electrician. I have even asked them if they welcome homeowners and gotten a reply in the affirmative. I could not feel less welcome! The counter service is abominable. They will sit there and scroll their phones while you stand and wait. Their attitude is always that you interrupted their free time. I only go there because there is no other place. Their inventory is of course much more extensive than the hardware store next door, and I understand electrical work, so I often need supplies (and advice) that is just a bit beyond a hardware store.
